In this picture, Grant, my Grammy, and I are making butter. Every Thanksgiving we whip butter together. First, we shake the whipping cream to separate the butter from the skim milk. Then we squished it in a bowl of ice and water. I like doing this with Grammy every year because it is a tradition. The butter tastes creamy and delicious.
